I basically hacked into MySQL and did everything else in an XL spreadsheet. I don't know any PHP yet.
I'm updating the distribution algorithm to be based upon the log of the distribution in order to make it more evenly distributed.
By the way, I've already been contacted by the tagadelic module developer to possibly update his module with this fairly simple font-distribution technique that I used.
