Dinner at the Upperline (within short walking distance of Steve and Elizabeth's home on Dufossat) was ideal. For an appetizer, I had fried oysters with two types of remoulade (red and white). We got caught up and they told us a lot about Santa Fe, where they vacationed last summer and are planning to return again this summer. In a way it reminded me of how B and I have "adopted" New Orleans as a home away from home.
